New to the TAA family – Internationally-acclaimed chef José Andrés and partner Rob Wilder open the new America Eats Tavern, a concept born out of José’s love of American cuisine and years of studying American cuisine, during the first week of June 2014 at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner.   True to the original ode that was first introduced as a temporary collaboration with the Foundation for the National Archives, America Eats Tavern will celebrate the country’s diverse culinary scenery, native ingredients and gastronomy to neighbors, travelers and food enthusiasts alike.
