Our first month as TAA PR was epic!  We hit the ground running with White House Correspondents Dinner weekend festivities.  Beginning with the STK Supper Suite with the Creative Coalition, we managed the paparazzi on the red carpet as Jaimie Alexander (Thor: The Dark World), Drake Bell (“Drake & Josh”), Tim Daly (“Private Practice”), Omar Epps (“Resurrection”), John Leguizamo (Ice Age), Michael Shannon (“Boardwalk Empire”), and several others made their way into the modern steakhouse.  The TAA Girls even got the seal of approval from “Command”, AKA Joe Morton of Scandal.  The celebrity and media fest continued on the Georgetown Waterfront with Fiola Mare and Dom Perignon…can you think of a better pairing?  When Glee star Matthew Morrison and actor Jeremy Irvine spontaneously broke into Steven Spielberg’s “War House,” while the likes of N’Sync’s JC Chasez, Patrick Stewart (X-Men), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Modern Family), and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo looked on, the night became unforgettable! Emporium DNA celebrated bringing some of the most sought after contemporary fashion brands to the Nations Capital with 200 of DCs most stylish and Project Gravitas debuted it’s first pop-up shop at Four Seasons in Georgetown.  On the savory side, we hosted our foodie media friends and bloggers at STK for dinner and cocktails on District Darlin’ Day and prepared the press and community for Jose Andres’ latest outpost, America Eats Tavern, at The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner!  Throughout the month of May, The Shops at Wisconsin Place played home to RTMC’s Playhouse Project before a live auction and reception at the end of the month and we welcomed The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, Ike Behar and Celebrity Cruises to the TAA family – along with two new #TAAGirls, Ambyr and Mia.  Bring on summer!
