World renown Chef Daniel Boulud entrusted the TAA team with the launch of his DBGB Kitchen + Bar concept at City Center DC in September 2014.  We executed a comprehensive strategy including the following elements:

Private Chef’s Dinner: Three months prior to opening, Chef Boulud invited 50 of the top chefs in the DC area including Frank Ruta, Ris Lacoste, Carla Hall, Mike Isabella, Mark Furstenberg, Eric Ziebold, Johnny Spero, Mike Friedman, Haidar Karoum, Robert Wiedmaier, Scott Drewno, R.J. Cooper, Tiffany MacIsaac, Kyle Bailey, Michel Richard, Aggie Chin, Victor Albisu, Cathal Armstrong, Bill Yosses, Kaz Okochi, Frederik De Pue, Cristeta Comerford, Roberto Donna and Jeffrey Buben, among others to a private dinner at long time friend and Chef Francis Layrle’s restaurant La Piquette.  Chef Boulud personally cooked and served his colleagues, shared laughs and discussed the state of the DC culinary scene in a very intimate setting.
