EATON DC

BRINGING A FRESH SPIRIT TO K STREET

Eaton DC introduced a new perspective in hospitality to Washington, D.C. in 2018, with a roster of food and beverage destinations that each offer a distinct point of view. As part of Eaton Workshop’s mission to reimagine traditional hospitality, the hotel’s culinary program was carefully curated through the lens of the purpose-driven company’s commitment to activism, culture, and impact. Renowned international hospitality group, Plan Do See (PDS), was tapped by Eaton to bring to life founder Katherine Lo’s vision for celebrating D.C.’s emerging and established talent from diverse fields, including Tim Ma, owner/chef of Washington, D.C.’s notable French-Asian restaurant, Kyirisan, and James Beard-nominated Derek Brown’s Drink Company, owner of D.C. favorites, Columbia Room and Pop-Up Bar.

Bringing a fresh spirit to K Street, Eaton DC’s holistic culinary program is a sanctuary for conscious engagement for people from wide-ranging backgrounds to come together and follow their bliss. The program features Chef Ma’s new vegetable-forward restaurant, American Son, inspired by his own upbringing of growing up in an Asian family in America, Kintsugi, an all-day new age café with wellness-led offerings that set a new standard for D.C. coffee culture, Allegory an intimate cocktail bar tucked in the corner of the lobby and Wild Days, the hotel’s rooftop music venue/bar.
